- Enter Node 3 (Tranquility) and secure handrails for tethering.
- Float forward through the forward hatch; the Cupola is mounted on the Earth‑facing side.
- Stow loose items in the Cupola port lockers to keep the viewport clear.
- Set lighting to Low-Red for glare control.
- Anchor at one of the six radial windows; central viewport remains open for the briefing.
Pro tip: arrive 10 minutes early to acclimate and align tethers.
